Thank you for shopping with Gourmet Granola. We take pride in preparing and dispatching your granola with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

1. Processing Times

• All orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.

• During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Method

• We ship all orders via Australia Post.

• Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout, depending on your location.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–5 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can receive tracking number via email depending on the method of delivery selected.

You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website if applicable to your chosen delivery chosen. 

 

6. Damage, Loss, or Delays in Transit

While we take great care in packaging your order securely, Gourmet Granola is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays that occur once the package has been handed over to Australia Post. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Items damaged due to rough handling during transit

• Lost packages

• Delays due to weather, strikes, or postal issues

 

If your item arrives damaged, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly to lodge a claim. We are happy to assist you with order details needed for your claim.

 

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Gourmet Granola is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
